ok, sorry for such a newb question, but how do you get the fuel in the fuel into your syringe? does it come in a liquid state, in which you could just suck it in, or is it in a gaseous state, in which case i have no clue... Noname told me some complicated way, but do you have an easy way?

propane and butane are gasses at standard atmospheric pressure and temp. The reason they are liquid inside lighters and propane tanks are because they are under pressure.
this shows the boiling points of propane at different temps and pressures.

You simply press the pointy end of the syringe against the nozzle of your butane can, hey presto the syringe starts to fill to the desired amount.
Repeat if necessary (i use about 4 shots for a 2x mix).

so the needle of the syringe the perfect fit, so the plunger goes back on its own when you stick it in?
also, when inserting it, should one have a ball valve to insert it through, so it can be closed up quickly, or is there some better way?

Umm I don't think there should be a needle on it. The way I figur is, you put the end on the plastic nozzle of the butane can, push down the nozzle, and la-de-da butane in a syringe!! How it stays in still escapes me.

Your ammo looks interesting to me. What is it? it looks like its aerodynamic and seems to shoot nicely according to your pics.

Get a can of butane and a syringe without a needle- you will soon understand.
