To tell you the truth JSR that is exactly what I was thinking when I was picking up the glass. Cool.

Well, it's happening finally :) A little different from thye original brief in that I want to fit it in an actual marker rather than a marker sized launcher. In that regard, I made it using a syringe tube chamber and I intend to fill the space between it and the marker body with epoxy, which should give enough strength for a couple of hundred psi.

Here's a pic of the internal bits before I glue it all up:

Looks good JSR what i/d is the barrel I am guessing 6mm from the size of the shrader.

Spot on, it's the traditional 6mm brass barrel, ported at the end in the hope that the hollow front end of the marker body will provide an expansion chamber that will take some edge off the muzzle blast.

With a barrel length of just over 3 inches and a tiny chamber, I'm prediciting performance will be very much on the low end of the scale, but it's one of those "had to be done" projects so if it works while still looking mostly like an innocent marker I'll be a happy man, we'll find out tomorrow :)

Looks like it will be fun. So when is estimated testing time? I'd like to see this compared to your pen gun in performance.
