This is my first attempt at a barrel sealing piston or any sort of piston for that matter. I am using a bb as a piston not to sure yet whether it will work? The body of the pen gun is made from 6.3mm id steel the wall thickness is roughly 1.5mm, and the barrel is made from an old pellet gun barrel rouhgly 3.5mm, I am using a shrader to fill the pen gun and as the trigger. Nothing has been glued yet I am waiting to go down the street to get some araldite. Any suggestions?

Have you got anything to help make a good seal between the barrel and the airsoft bb. Other than that looks pretty cool.

i am going to put a piece of neoprene between the bb and the barrel didnt cut it yet because i would probably lose it.

What sort of pellet gun is that then?

The gap between the BB and the chamber wall is relatively small but not insignificant, make sure you keep your pilot volume tiny.

the pellet gun was just a cheap one from a $2 shop before they were banned (i live in australia) i hadnt thought about the pilot volume but thanks i will keep that in mind.
