Looks nice.
I like the way of your "fueling system" simple, yet effective (I think).
I like that fan too! I looks really cramped up in there :P
Did you also cut the blades?

The fuel system is effective after practise as you dont get exact ammounts every time. Zippo lighter gas fed via pipe I use as fuel lines on a remote controled plane(plane doesnt exist anymore).

I had to cut about 1mm of all the blades to get it to fit. Must still hook it up to a battery and switch tho. was about an hours job to fit it and get it in there

Fairly innovative little gun there. You don't see many butane fuel setups. I suppose you are "metering" your fuel by just counting the squirts or maybe just one universal timed squirt gets the job done..

You should tie down or shorten your fan wires, maybe some heat-shrink tubing could neaten things up there. Also, while I can tell you've put some effort into you ignitor holder, it seems like a shock hazard with all the bare, exposed wires.

I guess you're airing out via a cleanout cap in the rear. A little valve back there would make that a little easier.

What is that you shot a hole into?

Ah you havent used the fan yet?
In that case the best is yet to come :D

Does that fuel line need to be that long?

I must visit the electronics store to get a switch for the fan, Thanks for the heat shrink idea. I have closed up the wires with insulation tape so there its :thumbright:
Shot the hole into hardboard. I have just come back from shooting marbles through a old piece of 4 ply plywood.

I suppose not, Will shorten it soon.

Do i just mount a valve into the cleanout cap?
