in short... no way in hell a standard blow gun can take the pressure of unregulated CO2.
most blowguns are rated to 90 psi (generally has a sticker that says that on the trigger) now when you consider that CO2 is stored at around 800 psi you can tell theres a big difference. if the blow gun doesn't explode it will defiantly leak when you connect the CO2
on a side note... if you plan on using a blow gun as the primary valve on your paintball gun its going to have horrible preformance

It's not just a question of the blowgun failing, but also that since you're opening the valve directly with your finger, the higher the pressure, the more difficult it will be to open.

I agree with both of the previous statements. Using unregulated CO2 in a blowgun like that would be cnsiderably hazardous to your health.
On a side note, please use some semblance of proper grammar, your post was almost indecipherable.

That's not what matters, you need to regulate the CO2 to a reasonable pressure.

To get good performance, you just need to find the right pressure for your setup. You need to just get the thing set up, using a piston would give you good performance to start with. Once you get it set up, play with the pressure until you find out how much will make it shoot at about 300 FPS, 90 MPS
