Am I going to die if I touch the wires of a PC Fan to a 6Volt Battery?

What batteries do you guys use for your PC Fans?

Also, Correct me if I am Wrong.

Red = Positive Black = Negative ?

Nope you should be fine. I use 9 volt, 6 volt, and 12 volt batteries and they all work fine.
And you right, red is + and black is -

lol ofcourse ur not dieing
You can handle up to 50 volts without even getting hurt and when the ampere is low enough you can even survive 1 million volts.
Battery power is not dangerous when staying low voltage, but dont try to find the boundairies of what your body can handle.

A quick scroll through the 'Combustion Cannon Discussion' will reveal about a gazillion topics on the chamber fan subject. There are several different ways to go about doing it and if you search you will find most of them.

I have two or three of them that I just use to play around with...I have a two amp, 12 volt power supply that I use...Once i cut off my pinkey finger's nail when I rubbed against one.

Yeah it hurt like hell.
Why do I try to make a relevant post?

Erm, if the current is over 0.6 mA and 100 volts, then I believe it will stop your heart, yes?

Well, if it's not passing through your heart, it won't stop it. It needs to be continuous, not just a few milliseconds. Lots of people have survived being hit by lightning, and that's a hell of a lot more than .05 amps.

The commonly quoted figure is actually about 50 mA through the heart to stop it, the voltage only needs to be high enough to travel through your tissue.

LOL. I made a little chapstick tube mini combustion gun today
(it looks Sick!) and i didnt realize that i was touching the metal when i clicked the lighter sparker thingy...it was a good laugh.
Then since i didnt really know wha happened and it didnt hurt, i purposly touched it...lol...

After doing that I wanna make something to trick my friends.
any ideas on how I can rig another longnose lighter sparker to look "normal" to my friends and then have them push the clicker?
