What size pipe would fit snugly over or very near over SCH 40 1.5 inch PVC pipe?

2" Sch80 pipe will fit quite tightly over it. The od of sch40 and sdr21 1.5" pvc is the same and people use 2" sch 80 to sleeve sdr21 so it will fit perfectly. What is this for? I haven't heard of any need to sleeve sch40 1.5" pipe.

Yeah, if no one takes the idea.
Its a semi-automatic combustion belt fed potato gun. I have hopes that I can get back into spudding and earn myself a name.
P.S. as far as i know this hasn't been done before, so no one take it. Please, thanks.

Wow, hope you succeed in that journey my friend. There is a revolver type gun. Boogie man on advancedspuds.com made it. The Revolver X. Look at it, it might help you when your making yours.

I cant call the gun my disign because its a collaberation of a few components and disigns from other people on the net.

Well, if it you can over come the insurmountable obstacle of venting good for you. Unless your using individually fueled and vented cartages how are you hoping to accomplish this, I could help with solving problems a lot.

the revoler x isn't that great it didn't have any rotatory mechanisms to automatically load stuff
sch80 2" over 1.5" is common for breach loading

good luck man PM me if you want any help or ideas I'm building a non rotary belt fed pneumatic I think you'll like what I got so far the belt is just ribbon tying plain pipe, I'm already constructing in my free time

Well, this whole idea came to me when I thought of a way to vent it fast. It dosn't have individualy charged cartages, just a regular chamber.
