1.5" Tee
breaks out to two .75"
Or i could use a 2 Inch Tee to two .75"

Do you mean a reducing tee? Sure, there are such fittings.

There is a tee that is 2 by 1 by 2 which is what I was using to try an make a coaxial with a magazine.

Maybe use a small tee in combination with a reducer to fit on the big pipe.
