just any road bike shop stock them and there about $20 for the fitting that goes onto the schrader valve and about $7 for a 12gram co2 cartridge but you can get them off ebay for like $10 for 20 or something along those lines its not reall worth it when you think about it peter stevens in ringwood in the yarra valley have them

go to your local supermarket and see if they stock CREAM 12g, they are NO2 filled cartridges, used for whipping cream

(which seems funny, because you would be fillin the cream with bubbles of laughin gas!)

anyways, u can use them they are about 8 bucks for 10 cartridges.

and if u get bored u can breathe em in and get crunk.

Using propane in a pneumatic?...its possible but i wouldnt do it.propane is flammable and i wouldnt like to have a bast of propane out of the barrel of my cannon, could cause some problems if ignited.
