Hay all, is anybody interested in purchasing a rifled barrel?

If I can get enough people interested in at least one caliber I’ll start selling them

If you’re interested please post what caliber and the length of the projectile you plan on shooting the most, i.e. .50 with marbles (or round ball), 1.5 inch with spud slugs (aprox. 4-5 inches long), etc.

I need at least 10 people for one type to make it worth while.

Barrels can be PVC SHC40/80, or Copper, up to 8 feet long, from ½ inch up to 2 inch nominal inside diameter.

Okay here’s a basic guide for prices:

2” will be $2.00U.S. a foot for PVC $34.00U.S. a foot for type k copper
1 ½” will be $1.50U.S. a foot for PVC
¾” will be $1.00U.S. a foot for PVC
½” will be $0.50 a foot for PVC $6.00U.S. a foot for type L copper
As for custom runs I’ll I won’t be able to do that for awhile
Watch this space for update one prices on copper.

If the shipping to Canada can be done for under $50, I'd like a 2" x 72" Type K copper rifled barrel. I'd obviously be paying for the pipe, which I can't buy here.

Projectiles would probably be ~6" long and ice / Pykrete.

Okay DYI, just check the price of pipe that’ll be $210U.S. plush shipping… you’ll have to wait till I get stuff up and going, but once I do and am 100% positive I can rifle that big of copper tubing, I’ll defiantly work one up for you.

VH_Man, if I get enough requests for marble barrels you’ll be the first on the list.

Ralphd, sorry, I knew I was forgetting something, give me a minute I’ll post prices in the original post.

EDIT:
Elitesniper, if you’re asking if round ball works in rifles yes, if you want a barrel to shoot round balls just tell me the caliber and that your shooting round ball, ball bearings, or marbles.

2 inch Sch 40 would be great. How fast would you think that turn around would be?

ShowNoMercy, depends on what your projectile of choice is, I need to know the length of the projectile then I can tell you.

Elitesniper, yes, what’s the length of you projectile of choice, or are you just shooting tatters. Say check my previous post for the reply to you first question.

McMaster says $173 for 10' of Type K 2" copper, and $96.98 for 5'. I'd get a longer piece, but shipping would be enormous for a 10' barrel.

If McMaster is the cheapest prices you can get, 5' of barrel will be fine, I'll just have to up the mix a few bar...

Also, if you ever get around to doing mine, I'd like the rifling to start about 12" down from the breech end of the barrel.

Daberno123, don’t know, I haven’t tried any yet, waiting to get a big enough order before I try.

DYI, well, when you say “custom” you mean “custom”…
It’ll be a little while before I could do it but once I get stuff set up, you might just have the honor of being my first custom order.
