I finished everything on my hybrid the other morning at 4:30, the only thing wrong with it is that when i try to put my aluminum foil burst disk in the union it gets cut and the air can go around it. has anyone had this problem?

I have tightened them as much as possible and never had that problem.
I think i understand but Im not sure, so you are saying that when you tighten it the burst disk cuts.
I think your problem is that the disk is too small and wont seal.

Well what I do is get the union on the burst disk material and then trace it then cut it out so you get perfect disk everytime.

Well to get mine right i use some plastic sheet cut to the perfect size so I just hold it in place and cut around it.

But I stopped using my burst disk cannon cause it was annoying to keep changing everytime.

I had the same problem. I bet you didn't cut the aluminum foil disks to shape. Instead of doing that, I opted for another burst disk.
What size is your union?

elitesniper: Have you seen the QCTBDC? If not, watch it. Gort made the fastest burst disk loader I've ever seen.

I once tried to replicate it
about 30min into my work on it I realized that there is no way that i will be able to build it
A lathe is a nessesity, i didnt even have a dremel back then.

I dont have a vise, but ill get one soon.
This goes to show you don't need fancy tools to build cannons
