I'm not being "snippy", but you're asking me why the government does what it does...and nobody can figure that out :P

I was trying to find the actual code they were looking at, but that turned up nothing. I was told it was from the dust, but I'm sure there are other reasons as well. If you want evidence:

Looks like mostly the typical environmentalist "the sky is falling" claptrap. Just because Greenpeace says it or the Houston Chronical headlines it, doesn't make it so or make it an issue worth the fuss.

Keep in mind, Wiki can be edited by anyone, including those with an agenda. Always be weary of what you read there...

If it ment my saftey I would spend the extra $ to cover my ass. If your not willing to send a few extra $ on saftey.. God help you..
