hey that would be perfect for my 3 yr old.........how did you make it so umm.....not powerful? I was going to ask this in a thread but mabe it can be answered here instead.
How can I make a spudgun that is just enough to shoot the tater out so my 3 yr old can have an actual working ( kinda ) spudgun?

its like a target launcher, just shoot, err plooomp, a spud up and then larda can shoot it before it comes down!
