Have you tried getting extra leverage with a vice and/or strap wrench?

If that isn't doin it try adding some heat to is somehow.

Next time stay away from the silicone and just use a couple wraps of teflon tape.

Take it to a friend's house and stick the barrel in their vice, then turn the chamber by hand or something to give extra leverage.

If this still won't work, dremel off the female adapter on the barrel, trying to save all of the 2.5" pipe, and get a new adapter. For barrels it isn't as critical to have a perfect joint, like it is on a pneumatic chamber. Actually, a better way to get the joint off than your dremel, is to use a hack saw to cut the fitting parallel with the barrel (or close to it) all the way to the pipe. You can then peel the fitting away with a flathead screwdriver. You may want to make 2 or 3 cuts to make it easier.

Submerge the chamber or outside piece in really hot water to make it expand, then unscrew it. Might work. :D

Welcome to Spudfiles.

I think this was already suggested but once you get it unscrewed, wash off all the silicone and then try teflon tape, that works better, and it helps the seal
