saw some people shooting water out of their cannons and was wondering whats the best way to do this.

cannon is an over-under pneumatic with a modded sprinkler valve with a 2 inch barrel.

I used my under-over. It's a combustion too. The Sarge is still in one piece, but that kick is a doozy.

Im currently have 2 water cannons (Pneumatics that were originally meant to fire water).

Do you not use a sprinkler valve, they will break. Ball valves will work best in this case because you don't have to open extremely fast because the water will stay in the barrel for awhile.

I currently have water guns that fire 21 oz. and a really big one that fires 80 oz. (a bit over half gallon)

DO NOT use over-under, the part connecting the over-under will be destroyed. What I used was like an over-under but made several vertical joints as well (looks like a rectangle divided into several sections). so it looks like
