  No never, never ever use DWV in any part of a anything that has any PSI in it. You are better off useing the sch40 then haveging shards of pvc in your head.

from research, it seems fine, the constant PSI in a cloud chamber is somewhere around 18 psi since the air is constantly leaving the barrel

Can't dwv hold 50 PSI max, if it can you should be fine. Propane cannons get to about 20 PSI I think.

WOW, what are you talking about? I have DWV that IS Sch 40, though it is'nt pressure rated....Anyway, you should be fine using it on your Cloud, just don't use it on a Pneumatic, large difference. I've used Cell core DWV sch 40 in Combustions with no problems, propane as fuel. Though I did'nt tell you to do it.

I thought propane cannons get to about 50 or 60, but maybe I'm wrong.

it varys, also i use dwv for pneumatics, it holds 100psi easily :D i only use like 1 inch pipe tho.

has anyone ever done any tests to see how much pressure sch 40, non-pressure rated pipe can withstand? and is sch 40 pipe, non pressure rated fine to use, as long as it is not cell core, or what? i know at like home depot or lowes u cant find sch 40 pressure rated pvc that is any larger than 1.5'' where else can u find the stuff?

reasearch, also sch 40 non pressure rated holds the same ammount as pressure rated because there the same thickness.

thats good to know about the dvw piping, i was getting a little worried myself with my current 4" duel chamber cannon. the 4" pipe is made out of DVW pipe, but i put hose clamps and ducttape around it, all i need is for that damn stun gun to get here quickly....

flinch, duct tape bursts at about 9 psi. i have done tests on sch 40 dwv fittings, and found them to be safe in low power pneumatics a 3"-1.5" bell reducer burst at 130 psi so i reccomend 50-70psi and i dont reccomend the dwv pipe cause u can get pw pretty easily

You seem to have forgotten that they have different DENSITIES!

DWV is fine for anything except medium to high power pneumatic launchers. A Cloud BBMG will not have much pressure in it at all. DWV is fine. I'd even use thinwall cellular core if I felt like it.

Benny please don't go around telling people to do research when you obviously aren't doing yours.

were do you live???

Just becasue the wall thickness is the same doesent mean that it is as strong, a cardboard tube with a .125 wall thinkness and a metal tube and .125 wall thinkness, the metal is strong because of density.

Thanks for repeating what I just said WOW...
