I guess a tank with liquid air would be a solution

Just a quick thought, considering BB diameters vary, maybe wide bore barrels are better because compared to the bore size the variation of the bb diameter represents a smaller percentage?
Per example: a bb is about 5,95mm +- 0,01mm, so maximum of 0,02mm between bbs. With a 6,01 barrel that's 0,05-0,07 difference. While in a 6,20 barrel the difference it's only 0,24-0,26. So the 0,02mm plays a larger part in a tight bore compared to a wide bore.
That's about the only theory that I can see some logic.

I've never seen any evidence that they are more accurate than tighter bores.

Me neither, I only went back to this topic because I have been eyeing the PDI barrel for VSR for a few years and they gradually changed from 6,01 to 6,08. I just noticed 6,08 very recently, before it was 6,05.
Since it's claimed to be cold hammer forged I don't think they did it to reduce cost, since the tolerance did not change.

that looks literally like polymorph plastic, which you can get much cheaper and reliable on amazon.
I've used them before for making fake teeth/fangs for halloween costumes and cosplays.

Some people like Lockednloaded and some UK members used it for just such a purpose.

Good luck! Make sure you sort out your cooling, though at this time of the year you can probably just test it outside

yes, cooling could be the issue, it does about 86rpm and I'm trying a 3/4" x 4" cylinder first with a precharge of 20 or so psi. I have a piece of heat sink to strap to the cylinder
I tried a 3/4" x 2" on the bench, with a precharge of 30psi I could hand pump it upto 160psi then it ran out of volume.

It seems like a machine to give satisfaction to the ladies ... I thought that at first sight of the video, but then I understood
Seriously speaking, very good. I have thought about moving a compressor with my stationary bicycle. Every time someone in the family uses it, I open the valve and compress air!
