I've always wanted to try something like that but I've never thought of using a real de commissioned shotgun.
Instead of sealing up one barrel you could make both into coaxial launchers.
Is the firing mechanism still intact? If it is you could use it to open valves to pilot the pistons.

I believe the firing mechanism is not intact.
But if I can build a leveraction sawed-off from scratch I think I can get it to work.

I get the double coax but..That would make it a muzzle loader.

I care more for the breakbarrel breech loading ..

On the other hand,..
I could whip up some coaxial shells..
Full barrel length..
wich would be..
pretty damn short after I'd be done. :D

Right now it;s all wishful thinking as my budget doesn't allow for such an endeavour.

Maybe if someone would actually buy my GX 340 engine I have up for sale..

You could do a toolies valve in the barrels, it's a shame to see a shotgun destroyed like that though.

Destoyed or revived is a matter of opinion.
It would make a pretty cool spuddy though!

I should clarify, deactivation is destruction, converting it to a pneumatic is reviving it.

I'd love to see that done, but the chokes might cause some problems.

But it´s simple, I used 24h self-dry clay to make the mold, by using about 8 cm3 of clay with a bb inside, make sure it´s in the center of the cub., let it dry. when it´s almost dried, break it in half, then let it dry completely. So when you put them back to a cube, the join will be perfect. Drill a hole to the cavity, it´s done.
or you could use 2 aluminium blocks and mill it for a bullet shape :D Image
I DON´T have a mill, and I want BALL BEARINGS not bullets

I have ballbearings but I'd trade them all for a lathe..

amazin work on the slugmolds!

Thank you!
This was a test done with a molding RTV sealant
I have made molds with balls 10,12,14 mm gauge steel
For my gun I do with mold cal.50 Leeman
