i live close to a community that is growing up as we speak, there is ALWAYS a house being built, actually just last couple weeks i went by and asked the guys for 3/4'' plywood for speaker boxes, there at least 8 houses that i know of going up, some in good stages for scraps, while there inside, for pvc look for them as they lay the foundation.

You know how your cops always hang around dohnut shops, over here we don't have dohnut shops, we have KFC (kentucky fried chicken) and well our cops are at the kfc, getting bribed or sleeping in their vehicals. When I walk to my Ninjitsu dojo with my wooden practise sword, my ninchaka( classified as assult weapon), and other deadly weapons the cops drive right passed on their way to KFC.They don't care. Over here we don't have gettos, we have sqatter camps, big ones, they breed like rabbits, and the government wonders why there is poverty. I live in an urban area, just like you guys and it isn't very different.

Sorry if I offended anyone.

One mans trash is another mans treasure this is true, but on the legality of such things, you really should ask. What if one of the workers had a broken pipe and a good pipe, he meant to throw away the broken but threw the good one out by mistake, and went looking for it later after you took it?

Well, it's prettry hard to through out good pipe instead of broken pipe, but I guess it could happen if you were about the same IQ as Mihlrad :D

I ask when I take things from construction sites, but one time the people got mad because I asked, lol.... But they still gave me a few leftover feet of 2", 3", and about 16" of 4"

16 4 inch is nice , thats really all u need to make urself a nice chamber. And saves u 20 bucks on buying 10 feet of it, 8 feet which u dont need.
