this is my sniper, it has a 3/4 sch80 chamber and a 1/2 inch sch 80 barrel, the pilot for the 1 inch sprinkler valve is exausted with a 1/4 ball valve, a blowgun valve doesnt exaust the pilot fast enough :(
it also has a red dot scope, thanks to ebay. :D

Blowguns exhaust all my friends 1" plenty fast.... they have bigger chambers, so maybe the extra volume slams open the valve faster

I wish people would stop needing a better signature!

Thats really cool, if a blowgun dosn't work try a ball valve for a temperary fix,it worked with mine. I like the red dot sight. :D

I like your cannon, and the dot sight is a nice touch. It reminds of a PSG-1 sniper rifle.

I had the same problem w/ my blowgun. Its the cheap Husky you can find at Lowes. I had to take the valve portion out of the blowgun and enlarge the vents. I drilled the holes close to 1/4" as much as possible. I also had to give the inlet and outlet holes on the blowgun the same treatment. The holes on the blowgun that are enlarged are not the ones with the female threads, but further down in. You can see them if you hold the blowgun up to a light. you will need access to a drill press and a vice. That way you can still have a trigger. I could have just bought a more expensive blowgun but money is tight :?. Here is a pic to show you what I mean.

The top picture is the valve assembly removed with the enlarged holes. The bottom picture is the enlarged outlet port. You can see the female threads for the valve assembly at the bottom of the hole. Care should be taken not to drill down too far into the bottom valve assembly area.
