yoyu said you wanted to build another spud gun so that means you already built one, did you build one with a sprinkler valve? i need some major help because i just built my first gun and it has a sprinkler valve on it and the valve holds no air at all when i put the air into the diaphram it just makes and airhorn sound. can u help me?

How about CO2 backpack style. The thing is (i just farted) I dont have enought money for that. Tho I will draw up some plans for ya. I think I might build that Hybrid. (

I'd make a Mini Coaxial Piston if I was you, like 1.5" to 3/4"
I'm making one that's 1" to 1/2"

the last time you answered me you made no sense at all. i just bought it and there is nothing like pvc shavings in there and how would putting a layer of grease on the thing make it work i dont get it

O-rings can be bought at Automotive places and tractor supply stores...
To make a mold, cut a small peice of pipe the samae diameter of your chamber, then tape something across the bottom and spray in Cooking Spray or something to help the piston come out when done....
Put in hot glue and let it harden a little, run it under cold water after a few minutes, then cut the PVC pipe mold off the piston while trying not to go to far.... You probably have to pry off the pipe with a screwdriver and slide the piston out, sand the sealing side smooth, and then lube it, walla, a low friction piston that seals the chamber and the barrel good, to put in o-ring groove just cut out a small groove with a hack saw and stick on o-rings...

I could, it would be easy but there is a LOT of fittings and valves. I rather spend the money on my Hybrid ( ) I have it in my head, there is 4 coxial chambers and 4 barrels and 4 sprinkler valves. Then you have a control box with the switch for the 4 valves and a nother vavle comeing from the CO2 tank to fill the chambers back up. Iam wokrking on the paint right now. I will post it in like 10 min. And Demon you have AIM?
