Anyone ever consider rifled boiler tubes for a barrel?

At least they've provided an email address. Let's hope they take individual and not industrial orders XD

Normaly when companys advertise this way there is a minanum order, say for example 500 pieces or a $ value for example $750.00.

Let it be said... you can't judge a book by it's cover...

But given that the picture is a pretty good indication of the product you'd be receiving, it would be way too aggressive of a rifling pitch I'd say! You could probably custom order different rifling pitches, but there's 2 reasons why you wouldn't do that:

1: the "rifling" in this pipe is for heat transfer, not for a projectile. Aggressive rifling pitches will aid in enhanced heat transfer characteristics, hence they probably have the aggressive pitch for that reason and are not concerned with lesser pitches.

2: to custom order another pitch would be prohibitively expensive for 99.9% of the average spudders on this website!

That said... if you can get an 10-20 foot length of 1.5 - 2 inch I.D. Pipe for a good value let me know :D

Hey, has anyone here ever heard of barrel lining, such as in gunsmith ing? I bet that everyone could get some nice inserts that could be placed in a home made barrel, to make a better spud gun, go on YouTube and look up midway USA, it's all about gunsmithing. I bet if we coppiced that procedure with barrels made from aluminum that are about 3/4 in-1 inch around that could make some very accurate spud guns.
when life gives you lemons... make root beer and leave the world wondering how you did that :D
