does anyone know a good, reliable, easy to make/get ammo is for 3/4" or 1" copper pipe?

i know they have 1" marbles, but i dont know if they would fit, plus, my dad think that marble will ricochet(which i doubt).

if all else fails i can always mould lead ammo to the correct size.

thanks for the input

anything with good penetration. i woudl use a steel ball bearing, but i dont think i can buy them that big....

EDIT: just checked mcmaster, and i can buy them but i have to pay $12.67 for 10 of them.....maybe....does anyone have a chart that says the ID of copper pipes. i found one yesterday, but forgot to bookmark it

Lots of things.

Obviously, spuds/other vegetables can be used.
Marbles (They can ricochet, but never fast enough to be dangerous. They normally shatter instead)
Paintballs with wadding are good for 3/4"
Steel ball bearings in whatever size you find fits best.

1" copper will fit badminton shuttlecocks with the feathers folded up behind it (won't go far, or through much, but looks rather cool)

lol, "anyone up for a game of extreme badminton?."

and i rarely use spuds due to their poor preformance.
marbles sound good to me, but i dont know the ID of copper pipes, could someone supply me with that?(notice above edited post)

i can get 3/4 ball bearings, 25 of them, for $11.48 thats a bit more like it....

Hmmm, maybe custom made lead ammo would be good.
Anyways always carry around a small section of pipe the size of your barrel to check ammo possibilities throughout the day where ever you are.

i know how to make a simple and cheap ammo. you will need painters tape and a big box on bb's...

1. take a strip of tape about 6-8 inches long.

2. scatter bb's all over the sticky side of the tape.

3. roll it up (the bb's are in the inside and are just for weight, they will not spread or anything)

4. tape the ends, and role more tape around it until it fits in the barrel.

this works very well and is great for 3/4 or 1'' barrels because you can make it fit perfectly. try it, it works!!!!

ok a-98 this is the BEST Ammo you can get

for 3/4 get 1/2 copper pipe and a 1/2 endcap... solder it on and u have urself the BEST 3/4 ammo....this is amazing and cheap...

for 1" get 3/4 copper pipe and do the same...

for strength and weight melt lead into the tip a little bit or put a chunk of brass and solder it in...make sure it still has sort of a cup on the back because that propels it....tomorrow i will post pics of it and put it in the how to section...make sure to look
