Uh, any place that has a chronograph that will let you shoot a potato gun. Call around at paintball places, there may be one that will let you do it if their chrono is outdoors. You can buy chronos but I'm not sure where. or you could try shooting it at one of those police speed contraptions on the side of the road that tells you your speed when you drive by, but I don't encourage it.

SEARCH! Come on man just use the search button. Stop making useless topics when there are 6000 other ones to go through. You can either use a Chrony or GGDT(program. Dont ask just search it)

umm i cant find the post right now but sombody had this program you could download and set up a micraphone behind your target xx distance away so you shoot and the mic records it so you can see the sound from the fireing and the sound from the thing hitting the target on the program. then what you do is measure the time in etween the 2 sound spikesand do t forumla for speed S=d/t so you know th fps

Edit: 3 people posted b 4 me and there are programs out there for stuff like that but you need to know every thing from chamber pressur to projectile density
