i've never heard of anything like that, and i have the current issue US gas masks the military uses, i'd think they'd be using something like that if it was available

from what i have read and experienced,put less in that what you think,it took me about 10-15 tries to get it right.

I do not recommend using gas. Although if you do use gas put a little bit in the gun and shake the gun.This make the gas spread out more and makes it more of a gas than a liquid. Usually when using an electric igniter people tend to put to much propellant which make the end of the wires wet and make it so that you can not fire your gun.although not as cool i use a a flint lighter from a colman lantern.it has more of a spark. Also i use thermasilk hairspray. It is cheaper for me and it also is pressurized which makes it spray in more of a gas state rather than a liquid.

and... do not duct tape you'r gun. use either a pvc glue or a two part epoxy.
