The secret is to not try and get as far away from your captures but to make it as hard as possible for them to get you...Remember that and you'll be fine  .

For 20 million people there sure is a hell of a lot going on about the police ruining fun isn't there, damn over policed country...

So when is the Aussie Spudgunners HandBook going to be published,I'd buy a copy for sure!

cyanite,
I'm sorry about what happened, but what bubba said is true, cops are suprising open to spudguns and other activities some frown apon, but they have to do something just to keep from getting a complaint letter about not doing their job.
A word of advice, when being chased don't stop (unless its the police, but even then....jk), civilians can't do crap cept call the cops, or fight you, or maybe shoot you, but it's unlikely. I've been chased by people before in cars, and the best way is to get off the road and hop fences, zigzag, run through parking lots, parks, through residential areas with dense brush, under/above ground parking, through trees and dense brush, stuff like that. And when you think you've lost them, keep going, cause chances are you haven't.
HAHAHAHA... sounds like someone has been watching way too much "Extreme Police Files" or has been stirring way too much sh!t.
Next time I'm chased by someone... I would say to myself: "what would Killjoy do?" QUICK head for the car park!
Back on topic: wtf does that d00d think he is chasing you with his car, Chuck Noris? He seriously needs to get a girlfriend...

EDIT:
@rna: I say we aussies put one together... how about it? Though no one would use it, look how popular the Wiki button is...

Gotta love the good ole US of A, where no one really cares what your shooting or how deadly it looks.

haha thats good advice. my friends and i seem to have a slight drinking problem, and/or lack good judgement, which leads to throwing food/gum at cars, yelling at people driving with their windows down, snipering cars with a paintball gun, tping, stuff like that. But what i suggested has been proven to work.
"hey you'd be sexy if you didn't eat fast food" was probably the most memorable saying, as the guy called his friends and chased/hunted me and my 2 friends for 3 hours or so. We ended up 10 miles from where we yelled at him.

Actually the hand book idea is a good one, it would be cool to make a hand book and post it on the internet on how to escape, not get in trouble with police while on foot or driving, stuff like that.

OMG, that guy was an a$$hole! I think that is rediculous, he has got his panties in a wad, and needs to pull them out of his butt. Anyway, about the USA thing. I live in Seattle, Washington, and they are damn liberal here. If they saw me shoot anything, they would be like AHH WTF is that!!! POLICE! POLICE!!! That is why I never shoot in the city. Also, more on topic, about the handbook. If you were to publish a handbook like that, whether on the internet, or on paper, you could get in trouble for having info about evading policemen. Also, if they have a dog your screwed.....

I was not talking about running from police (which i can see now wasn't clear and was the wrong word to use), i was talking about how not to get on trouble with them.
Yes a dog would be bad, might be a good idea to join the track team for that one.

i sometimes use spudguns outside of my property.BUt don't leave this site stay on.Build another one.

ANd if you do want to shoot it outside of your property do it at night.(ITS AWESOME!)

edit- where i live if i shoot in the street about 30% go oh thats so clever .and that 30% are usually senior citizens(rock on) but the other 70% are total dicknugggets who ,the majority of them, are in their thirties 5 foot tall and have no satisfaction.

Lol, not even being on a track team will save you from a police dog!! Next time you can run 40mph let me know!!! Basically, they grab your hand on its backstroke, or your butt, then drag you down. Not fun, and your caught on top of it all!! Plus, most police dogs, at least in the US are trained to be able to jump fences up to 10ft tall, so yeah, running from them in near impossible. So, yeah, run from the angry jerk, not the police.
