a lot of people become addicted to stuff like video games, I dedicated to not be one of them and instead focus on the innovation of spud guns cause when i'm old my grandkids and I won't care about how I was a level 54 warlock, or I got the highest level in halo online, but the fact that I build a big @$$ automatic cannon thats pretty cool, I'm trying to see if my spud gun projects can be my extracurricular activity, maybe some collage will be impresed

@iknowmy3tables: That's a very insightful thing to say... Reminds me of what my brother said when challenged about why he spuds rather than just watches TV all day:

That's about what he said - It's from memory, so it's probably off a bit.

Yeah, building spudguns indirectly benefits you hugely. It makes you think in a certain way and builds up your skills and helps you be creative... unlike TV watching.

Meh maybe its just me but it makes me think in a destructive way. anything i see I tend to think of how i could turn it into a cool weapon. My dream is a shopping spree in a hardware store. :D I was at meh friends the other night, he woke up and i had made a tone of throwing stars out of random things. I think i scare them. that and my other friend who happens to live there, well i've turned him to the spud side. (crappy star wars reference) i went over there yesterday and he had made a marble gun, and two pill bottle minis. ah i need to save money to build a decent gun.

LOL, I also get a bit destructive, i found that horse tranquilisers help calm me though..... Only kidding!
The thought of a spree at a hardware store makes me excited in a way it shouldnt!
Sell your body parts for money :D (that was a joke btw)

I've been addicted ever since I first say this site like last month, I now have 3 cannons. 1 regular inline comb. 1 over under with fan and a pneumatic marble gun. I know it wont stop there, perhaps I'll have to become an illeagle potato gun arms dealer to get rid of them all

Dude, what the hell? Something's wrong with you! And unless you're gay, having a girl shouldn't just "divert you for so long."
