Well mate,

There is a saying. "All great things must come to an end". There were 2 guns that got me into spudguns. Galfisks copper gun and your S400. You've been alot of help over the years to the many noobs starting off in guns like I was many years ago. Best thing about this site and our hobby was actually getting to meet ya and get to know ya. Your a top bloke mate, I wish ya all the best in ya final year of school and the biggest challenge in life.....WOMEN! hahaha. Take care of yaself Case.

Mitch.

If I may offer some advice that may or may not be relevant to you:
i feel that she is more important to me than being distracted by the creativity of others work and my own in this hobby area.
People are unreliable, and it would be wrong to completely ignore your own interest for the sake of being with someone. Invest too much importance in one individual and you might well end up with nothing. Of course, compromise is what makes relationships work, but always leave some space to think of yourself, because noone else will. By all means, go out with your friends, get fishmuzzled, have a girlfriend, enjoy it, but keep a fulfilling hobby or your life will be poorer for the lack of it.
I almost eligible for a Victorian firearms license, and once i gain this privilege i feel i will most certainly lose all interest in building, modifying, and using homemade arms and related.

That's what I thought when I turned 18, didn't happen. I think you'll find many members here have their own air and firearms, yet are more than happy to persist in spudding. Anyone can buy a gun, but it takes more to make one and its infinitely more satisfying.

Ah well, those were my 2 euro cents, good luck with everything :)

Although i have not really known you, i know you through your guns and your work on spudfiles. I hopw you do well in all the you plan to accomplish.

But rna is right, you wont be able to fight that thurst. When you are older, and go to a hardware store, (Bunnings i think is the place in Aussie) you will see pvc and right away plans will come to your head. When you see a gun, you will think of shooting a potatoe and will see yourself creating the gun, replicating what you saw.

Its like a 7th sense, (Excluding the 6th sense that we see dead people)((We see dead spud guns :) )) all spudders have it. Once you get it, you cant get rid of it. :D

But good luck to you ne way :)

I'm really sorry to hear you're going chaos, it was really nice having you around. Its a sad day when we lose one of our own, especially one who has done such good work.

Just remember that once your a spudder your always a spudder; spudgunning is in your blood, you can't get rid of it, so you're always welcome back here if you ever get the urge back.

Good luck with life (and your girl), don't get dead, and enjoy yourself.

Peace,
Stew

thanks a million guys,
who knows maybe some of those that i know a bit better off the forum (msn ect..) like say for example, experament-u2, the first person i really met when i joined the forum, we shared so many freakish ideas such as springers hammer valves, a concoction of bullpup designs and snipers, may actually end up being neighbors (its just one way of looking at it) if not just mates that get together every so often for a beer and a few shots at roos one night. your a good bloke mate im glad to have helped you through some of your homemade arms needs/problems.
Mitchza, been chattin with ya about this sh!t ever since you joined the forum, also im happy to have helped you in anyways that i did and thank you for the advice that you have given me about not just cannon related issues but real life sh!t ya know what i mean.
Twitch, known you probably just as long as ive known Mitch, man you think of some crazy ideas, good luck with all of them, your another one of those people like the 2 above, that ive been able to talk to about other crap outside of spudding, hope all goes well for ya mate.
Rna, mate i dont know you as well as the other guys but shit i can relate to a ton of sh!t you've done, (especialy the story bout the roo and the .223 hollow point) hope your schooling goes well for ya and that ya get to where ya want to go when you finish.
Stew, thanks also for the good luck, i can only hope that me an my girl can sort it out between us, best of luck to your future/ and or current projects.

LikimysCrotchus5, Thanks mate, i know that were not to well informed of each other but best of luck to you as well with all projects you attempt.

thanks for all the responses guys

EDIT: cheers U2
