This is really really weird but I have noticed Inonickname has two ads that only appear with him all the time. I have taken screen shots. It seems weird, i thought id point it out, just in case.

Yep, they are in my sig.

If they actually offend anybody, I'm happy to remove them.

The first was on spudfiles, the second while doing a search.

Edit: other way around now.

Same here.. Very funny. :D I hope Google has a sense of humor. When doing gag ads, it may be best to make a close but not the same logo for the fake ad as a parody item. Using the Google trademark for their ads may be an issue. Tread carefully. In these days of IP protection and copyright, not all companies are understanding of the joke. Below is an example. It looks like a major brand, but it's parody and the name has been changed.

Uh, those aren't fake ads at all. They were 100% real, and inonickname took screenshots of them to display the glorious technological innovation that is Google Ads.

Seriously, pay enough attention to the ads and stranger ones will appear.

It's just embarrassing sometimes the kind of garbage that pops up in those generated ads.

If you are desperate enough to click on them you get a load of rubbish.

Still, somehow, it makes money. Amazing.

I see my creation is still being looked at :)

Oh dear, take no offense to me locking this but we don't need a 3 page discussion on a sig. We now know what it is. :D

The ads are funny, but they can be very confusing if just slipped into your signature like that. As you can see, it prompted a whole topic about it.

You can keep "a funny" in your signature, but please try to make it more obvious as to what it is. Add some text or a box or something, just so it doesn't look like LIVE ad on the page that will get people confused. Make it clear it's "a funny".
