i am getting this at the top of the page when i post a message, which means there is some coding errors in the script for that page.
Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /home/spudfile/public_html/forums/includes/emailer.php on line 197

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/spudfile/public_html/forums/includes/emailer.php:197) in /home/spudfile/public_html/forums/posting.php on line 837

If you get that again, take a screen shot and send it to PCGUY with this thread link so he knows exactly what he's working with...

I wonder why this isn't happening forum wide? I haven't seen it yet while posting...

I am not sure why it only happens sometimes and not all of the time, but the reason this issue has come up is because I upgraded to a newer version of PHP and it's unhappy with some settings. However it seems to ignore any settings I give it so my host is looking into it.

yeah, i know that :D

Although i don't understand much when it comes to php, when i was setting up a website before i couldn't get the theme working properly, when i discovered php nuke 4 uses ==, where as nuke 8.0 only uses =. why would they change the syntax? idk beats me

Anyone else having any other types of issues? This one in particular should be gone now.

I am working on getting the archive back online too for those who noticed it's offline right now.
