Your site looks good, and with the exception of the page raised by MrC it looks so far, so good from what I've seen.

Only thing I would recommend:

At the top of your legality page, a disclaimer such as "Check your local laws and statutes before building spud guns. The information here is presented only as a guideline"

Do you have disclaimers on all your books and plans, physically printed there? It's sad, but we live in a very sue happy world

Edit: Will you be offering E-books/electronic plan downloads in combination with an instant payment method like paypal?

Yes I have disclaimers on all the plans and the book, but your right perhaps I should add one on the main page as well because the last thing I need is to be sued.

Also to your question on the payment.....yes it is paypal that is being used on the site.

That sounds good. Do you only sell physical copies or is a downloadable version available? My thinking is that a large part of your customers will be people who are bored on a weekend and googling spudgun plans- having a "get it now" option could increase sales.

Everything on the site is a digital download, actually it is only downloadable.

Thats a shame about the book... would be a nice shelf filler to dig out on rainy days

If the site picks up, you could always consider publishing a book in partnership with SpudFiles if you wish
