It's something I welded myself, It's 1/8" stainless tubing and flat plate ends, the ends are slightly recessed so the weld holds them more captive. Rating? not sure, but it will have a safety relief blow off valve.
I am typically atypical

A rated tank would be best, definately hydro test the one you have made before using air. The flat ends aren't ideal as the metal will bend when pressure is applied and can cause the weld to crack without warning.

Hydraulic pressure test, without any doubt.

Interesting to use something like what you got for low pressure air tank for air launcher in my weapons. Now that I see it, I remember that my friend has a couple of these in disuse ...

Got all the parts to do the mods to the compressor, dump valve for the suction side, filter for the out let and accumulator for the low pressure side. This is the new layout.
