Will it work? Is their to much room between the barrel and pilot for the piston? I can't get it shorter without the serviceable piston. In real life it is about 1 foot.

In some of your photos it looks like a zebra. I'll use this on my gun in the making.

i hope you get this built and working soon, i would like to see it in action. i tried this but the balloons kept breaking in the barrel, maybe they needed to be patched with cloth of some kind to keep the balloon from contacting the barrel. you will get alot of replys saying "search this site" etc....

Does anyone have an idea for a piston that fits well inside a 3'' tee pipe?
