check out the burnt latke site, I remember they had pressure testing comparing propane to other fuels, the next closest propellant being static guard.

that would be quite a challenge to seal and the plate would have to resist bending. The square chanber would be wierd but it would work. If you got it to work i think it would be a killer valve

wow, I did the disposable camera thing too, good times. Well the dumbest thing i did w/ my potato gun is shoot my mom's igloo (which i thought could take the blow and just roll) it ended up ripping a hole through the bottom and the door flew completely off.

I have a campbell hausfeld 40 dollar compressor, I guesse you get what you pay for because the thing takes quite a while to fill up my chamber, plus the energy from the electrical outlet goes through the battery I think so even when it's plugged in you can really only get a couple of shots out of it.

btw make sure you put the fan in facing the right direction (blowing toward the barrel) because i definately put mine in backwards and the fan blade blew off and broke etc. yet another 20 dollars wasted

My modified sprinkler valve simply won't work. It won't hold any air, simply letting the air slowly pass into the barell. I'm questioning the design of these things because i dont see a place on the diaphram through which the pressure can enter the top section of the valve. I also think that a facto...
