9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. 10 Is there anything of which one can say, “Look! This is something new”? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time. 11 No one remembers the former generations, and even those ...

New second job (making soleniods)
http://www.ramcompany.com/ I got a second job working at a company called RAM, thought I would tell you guys because ironically they make high end solenoid valves. Although I don't think my background in potato launchers is going to help me much. And its not like they have them lying around. I work ...

http://youtu.be/DconsfGsXyA Just got me thinking, while some parts can be made out of plastic, others cannot. It isn't as simple, but metal parts could me made by printing them using wax and then using the "lost wax casting" process. I spend a majority of time problem solving ideas I will never be i...

The simple answer is no, it will not work as you intend. The pressure from the combustion is short lived. Wait for someone else to explain the science. I've had something similar happen with my combustion launcher. Overloading the barrel with a bunch of rocks (too heavy) or even dipping the first fe...

You might consider using starting fluid. It is common, cheap, and doesn't have as much byproduct as its function is to burn. After a while a greasy layer will build up. To get rid of it I would light it on fire, don't stare in the chamber (you probably will), and quickly wave the launcher around to ...

How do I tighten it more than by hand? How does I use brain? Sorry, but it is a bit ridiculous. http://static.ddmcdn.com/gif/pipe-wrench-1.jpg http://www.conduitrepair.com/images/pliers.jpg Depending on the configuration you could stick a metal bar into a T fitting, but I have no idea of the layout.

Russian/Chinese Weapon Documentaries
I used to watch these weapon documentaries on youtube and were in Chinese or Russian. It was a tv series and it would always start out with the weapon on a black cloth and the camera slowly orbiting it. For the life of me I cannot find the exact series. Here are videos that remind me of it however.....

Go around the thread 2-3 times ensuring that it stays flat, not wrinkling. And tighten about one turn more then you can do with hand. Once the tape has been applied only tighten, once loosened the tape can be damaged and must be reapplied. I've never used liquid sealant. No idea about the glue, but ...

Easter egg impact ammo
The plan is to have a round the functions similar to the chalk rounds in the first of this video. I haven't test fired, and I'm planning to put flour in them. Just testing different glues now. These particular eggs fit in 1.5" class 200 p...
