It's a 3 axis mill with 3d surfacing/contouring capability. Table is 40" x 22" roughly. This is the same machine: CNC Machine See attached photos of some parts that I machined. I am also a degreed Mechanical Engineer. I've got the theory and practical experience. If it makes anyone feel more comfort...

Aluminum clamps are very doable. I'll try to work up some pricing...but it depends on how many times I have to flip the part to do cutting, drilling, or tapping. If it's oddly shaped, it might need a little jig to hold it. Size is a factor for material price but that's pretty linear. I'll probably b...

Not sure about your hose barb part....got a sketch?

I can make the barrel supports and whatnot...I'd need dimensions like center to center and outside diameter of what you wanna clamp. A Sketch would be good to start with.
