Since you make all the same way, try a barrel from a consistent shooter that you have, so on so forth the process of elimination...

The Clippard MJVO-3 is working as intended described by the manufacture. Under "Additional Information" on the product page it states "Exhaust-To atmosphere through holes in body.".

Anytime you decrease a port size in the middle a pneumatic system, you create a choke point. It's best to match the port sizes or as close as you can.

So it looks like my 20mmplus bores are now prohibited!!! What do I do... get them grandfathered and so non-transferable? Do I get a compensation for turning them in? What I had in mind was a barrel diameter that narrows by less than a millimeter, going from decently airtight, to requiring a few tamps with a ramrod to fully seat.
