I already have a camping propane tank. The problem is when I am running around the camping tank is to big. I would like to make a small tank that is the size of a small flashlight. If I were to use copper how would I attach the pieces? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have never used it before

Green Gas Tank

I am getting a new gbb airsoft pistol soon so I decided to make a small tank that can hold green gas/propane but is smaller than the propane tank I have. I plan to use a replacement fill valve and a propane adaptor for the fill valves. I plan to make it about 1X4 inches. What materials would be best...

That sounds more dangerous than just pressurizing the bottle as is. PVC has a lower pressure rating than any metal I know of. As for how high the bottle will take, I would guess 300+psi. Probably higher if it is well made but don't blame me if you get hurt. I almost always fire my PVC air cannon at ...

That is a nice gun. I just like something that looks like a real gun.

Plus .177 bb's are cheaper than pellets.

I have 30+ empty 12g co2 cartridges that I saved over a few years. I thought about making something to shoot them but never got around to it. If you lived anywhere near me they would be all yours.

No one said anything about suppressors being legal, just that he was making plans for one :)

OK thanks for clarifying that. I don't know why but for some reason I thought he was building a bbmg.

You should use one of those 88g Co2 cartridges instead of a 12g. It will make it a little bigger but will need less filling.

Yes it could have. I am really glad that the gun only shots 350fps normally. That and that there was a shotgun clay target in the way that slowed the bb down enough for me to not go blind. Needless to say, as soon as that happened I went inside to get goggles

Not quite spud guns but I once shot a co2 powered .177 bb hand gun at a tree. I was standing about 5 feet away and you can guess what happened. Luckily I reacted quick enough to close my eye and the bb was only going 50-100 fps coming at me because it hit me dead center in my eye. It hurt for a few ...

1/2 inch pvc barrel ammo

I recently found some mini gum balls that were a few years old so I tried shooting them from my 1/2 inch pvc pneumatic gun. They were more accurate and held velocity better than any other projectiles I have used. They are also somewhat biodegradable and shatter on impact. Just thought I would share ...

why not a spudgun that can get a small (.5inch) projectile at several times the speed of sound? i could get you time at a 100 yard rifle range.
