Re: "Offtopic-posts-topic" NSFW

That I'll only know if I ever build this, made the wing basically following the center of mass is where the first 1/3 if the wing is, as a glider.

Re: Short question topic

yes it needs a bit of pressure around 20 psi.
No leaks if the parts don't move... once it moves I loose 10 fps per shot

Re: Short question topic

Anybody knows how a gas ram/ spring works? I tried to make a gas ram powered bolt action but no matter what I do it leaks over time, I made sure the surfaces are smooth, free float and right size o-ring (two of them even!) and it just leaks...

Re: "Offtopic-posts-topic" NSFW

Doubt I'd ever build this, but some research later I found out 2h flight time drone is totally possible.
An idea I had, a modular drone that allows different configurations. Got the weight, size and main component figured out too, technically seems possible.

Re: "In the world of spuds today"

The air from the barrel probably won't give you consistent feeding, from my experience what happens with magazines like this is like the Schrodinger's cat, never know when the pressure is pushing the bbs to feed or the Venturi effect is sucking them other way. The magazine need to be more linear to ...

How will it open if it's balanced? Isn't the unbalanced version better?

Re: "Offtopic-posts-topic" NSFW

Anyone here messed with drones? I got a Parrot Bebop 2 last year and had a blast with it (brought it with to Açores and I got some amazing footages). Then my gf's little brother crashed it so I upgraded to the Anafi . The camera is pretty decent by my standards, sharp image on my monitors and TV. Ho...

Re: Elephant Rifle mk1 and mk2

Blowguns holds higher pressure from the rear than the front. So if you seal the front and channel the air to the back you can use higher pressure in your launcher.

Re: My first .177 pellet gun

150PSI is safe to use push to connect fittings and hoses, you could have routed a larger chamber inside the handguard and have multi shot capability

Re: .177 BB/pellet

That's a push to connect fitting at the barrel attachment if I'm not mistaken, which means if you press the blue plastic ring the barrel will come off? Even if the barrel is locked somewhere else that's not a perfect spot for the o-ring to seal against but probably won't leak much.
