I did this for my friend a while back trying not to make the same errors I did with my first one. I went with a shorter meter pipe to be more acurate and went for a smaller combustion chamber to have the best air/propane ratio achievable. Nice job! Not sure what kind of "grinding, cutting and tapping" you did on your propane bottle adapter...all you should have to do is unscrew the crooked torch pipe out of the valve adapter housing. It's locked in pretty good with an epoxy of some sort but it can be broken loose with some big pipe ...

Taking in mind that this is my fist spud gun, i am quite pleased of the final result. I don't think there will be an other one very soon though ($$$) but i think i may refine it and maybe try to do a faster reloading system. Any ideas?

Yes it was properly glued. The black and shiny stuff is abs primer and the yellow one is abs cement

Well the only reason i used ABS is that it is more elastic than PVC. If it breaks i want it to crack open and not explode

Well the reason of the two regulators are simply that i was able to get two for free. I also thought that if i had a pressure to high between the two ball valves i could just unscrew the second one and exhaust some of the propane without having to change the pressure on the first one... but the main...
