i would not trust plumbing copper at 600 psi... I would be shitting myself.

As long as you solder well you do not need to make them stronger... Depends on the copper but i think most copper is rated for about 120psi. I know BtB went to about 300psi with copper but said it felt very nasty... Im sure 200psi would be ok and 240psi is pushing it.

Haha... Well if its got some threads that are easy to attach to somthing then i will use it for a launcher. Wheres that site with all those obscure threads information?
