Hmmm, found these on Ebay
39+14$ for 202 1/2" steel balls. Thats not bad. But Im not so sure if I want those steel balls laying around my lawn. (I dont know why I accept lead more

Go here and click on "muzzleloading bullets" - no 0.50" lead balls but you can get 0.44" inner/0.50" outer plastic sabots for £0.09 each and 0.44" lead balls for £0.15 each, the plastic sabots will probably be reusable and will allow you to shoot practically anything that fits in them. Is that new stock finished?? Also, what are you using as a chamber?? Almost finished. Did this stock in a hurry so the finish is not nearly as good as the other one. The problem is that I am a coward, the QEV`s max pressure is 12 bar, and I have no idea how much punishment it can take... So I am on the safe side ;). i personally have taken them to 30 bar, some people on this forum have taken them as far as 60 bar, multiple times without failure :wink: Oh... tha...

Very nicely put together, in a quaint sort of way :) must take a bit of effort to get it up to pressure though as the chamber seems relatively large, you would have been better off with a smaller chamber and higher pressure.
