Weight of projectiles...

Does anybody have helpful information about the weight of any given projectile affecting the shot. Particularly kick. And if heavier objects being launched affect the life of the barrel. (2" schedule 80)

3 sprinkler valves?!!?!

So I am building a new pneumatic. I will eventually be buying a supah valve. However for the time being I want to get this project of the ground. So I've been doing a little research and I found a Canon on X inventions.com that has two sprinkler valves. Would there be any cons to me just throwing 3 ...

having some problems with my advanced combustion

Okay spudders. question... i used the burnt latke meter calculator and figured out that for my cannon (358 cubic inch chamber) required a 12" 3/8 meter pipe that is pressurized to 89 psi. i launched my first shot and it fired perfectly. my second shot however did not... the mixture wouldnt ignite. i...

he is right... they fit in 2" barrels... slightly too small without the sides slit... they give a tight seal... and it varies on reusability... sometimes they crack... also you gotta find em :)

Wads

For all of you who havent tried this... i suggest you do... it works with the same principle as a shotgun shell... except for your launcher. spent caulk tubes fit perfectly in the barrel as a wad. just grab a bunch out of a construction site dumpster. cut of the tip and halfway down the tube, then c...

I've just got 2" and 1 1/4 right now... the 1 1/4 has a connection to fit inside the 2". both are 6 foot lengths, which are not the correct C:B ratio i know... my 2" barrell has a silencer on it which really quiets it down... do you like my latch connection in the 3" double t?
