Well if its for survival purpose I would be thinking how I could fill it on the go!! And I would say HPA would be better as you will be able to do so. And a stirrup pump for a PCP air rifle will do the job. My old armed forces backpack holds my PCP air rifle one side and pump on the other. And I don...

Epoxy is strong no denying but but it can't chemical etch to metal because metal is not pourous . Also epoxy only gains strength when glass matt or fibre is introduce, over wise epoxy is weak brittle. All I was saying is their are better ways !!! also if you dont have the proper tools I do not sugge...

Personally I think HPA is better than CO2, HPA is less affected by temperature.
Plus if your short on money you can fill them at home easier.

I have a three way on mine mainly because I like the idea of getting semi auto its just rigging the feed that's the issue.
Mag, feed, bolt and air tight are 4 things that are rattling my mind and build so far.

How much, is that how much you pay for a qev.
The next part of my build is a barrel and bolt set up I like how your done the internal slider I might try and incorporate it in to my design.
Nice work a shame you hit a glitch.

Like CS has posted only way you will get a air tight seal able to handle compression is going to be with tools. I use 3 wrap arounds of white PTFE tape then crank it as tight as possibly prefect seal no leaks. Even if you coat them in jb weld or epoxy which I would not recommend it won't have enough...
