Ok, specs: +/- 8 feet of two inch metal pipe for air chamber. Barrel is 46" in different diameters depending on which subcaliber using or none. There is an additional 1 1/2 Ft rubber hose from ASCO valve that is part of the barrel. The flow of air is choked at 1 1/4" at the mortar cup ball. Controls...

Thanks for posting that. The test fire was at 50psi with a baseball then a tennis ball. I've noticed the discharge to be inconsistent. Too little trigger pull and it won't release enough air. Too much and it dumps the air twice. Just right and it drops the pressure in half and refills quicker. Any i...

81mm Mortar Halftrack project

Sorry, no shots of the actual plumbing yet. The air is run through the ball of the mortar cup. The main reason ...

Reduced air consumption cannons

http://www.airbestpractices.com/industries/bulk/reducing-compressed-air-consumption-air-cannons Found this on the web, please excuse if this has been discussed before. I am using a large air cylinder to refill my chamber. I could save lots of air and fill time if I could use this technology cheaply....

Thanks. The more I read the more I like. Wish I had time to build my own valve but it wouldn't last as long as a factory built one I'm sure

Looking for plug and play piston valve

Hi

Working on a project and would like to find a Supah valve or similar piston valve. Needs to be well made and useable thousands of times. I am new in this hobby but have a great project in mind that I can post if anyone is interested.

Thank you

Robert
