Yeah, the ball valve also decreases my accuracy because when I twist it it jerks the gun. My next cannon will have a sprinkler valve or a QEV. Any ideas for 1.5" projectiles?

This is my first cannon. It is made of 1.5 inch schedule 40 PVC and a ball valve. It fires golf ball cores (see images) nicely, but not much else fits in the barrel.
