Re: Bought BSPT fittings...and I live in USA?
I am sure you can source Bsp to NPT adapters, I live in UK so was in the opposite situation to you, I had to get NPT to BSP adapters for the Humpries QEV I am using, just gooogle it and sure you will be able to find some easily. As fir Chinese ebay QEVs I once purchased a QEV described as either 1/2...

Re: Small QEV piloting larger QEV
Thanks for your help, much appreciated. So for the smaller piloting QEV any pointers on which way to plumb it to the larger?

Small QEV piloting larger QEV
As per title, would either QEV need the spring and hole modification to reset it for the next fill? Been trying to think about this, but not too sure about it all, but from what I figure mods wouldn't be necessary, someone who knows please tell me

Re: Frisbee launcher
Clay pigeon type launcher sounds like a good idea, do they put some spin on the disks as when you throw a Frisbee you put spin on it which I assume helps it fly, maybe similar to how rifling puts spin on a bullet, but I don't know as the spin is along a different axis.

Re: "In the world of spuds today"
Pumped my qev/slide valve cannon to 800psi, nearly cr4pped myself, not sure if it was because I had turned my regulator down to 50psi and it was no longer regulating, anyway no harm done, just had visions of a face full of shrapnel!

Re: 12v battery to pc fan
Those 9volt batteries are normally pretty weak, an alternative would be to buy a cheap AA battery holder, but I guess it depends on how long you intend to run the fan? Is it just to blow/suck out your combustion cannon?

Re: Bolt Action Bullpup .45 cal (NEW VIDEOS)
Nice gun! Can you tell me how you coat your ammo in wax without getting flat spots or it all slumping down, do you use a magnet ro hold the ball bearings and then just dunk them in the wax? Also is it just candle wax? Thanks

Re: Is this a normally open or closed valve?
Thanks for the info, I don't understand the technical valve diagrams, but would it make a suitable candidate to work as a 3/2 valve to fill my resevoir and then dump the pilot air for a Humphries 3/4" qev? I want to use this valve in place of a slide valve will it perform the same function? Thanks V...

Re: Is this a normally open or closed valve?
Thanks for letting me know its normally closed, that's what the majority of valves seem to be. I was thinking of the Clippard MJV3-0 (iirc) the normally open one just concerned about its size/flow rate.

Re: Free cannons to good home
Sounds like a plan, what area of Southampton is it? Do you have a pic of the entire cananno as when I clicked on each they just showed the qev section, how do you fire/pilot it?
