Yeah, I will use a reg from one of the argon tanks on the welders. I do appreciate any saftey tip wether I know it or not. High psi is extremely dangerous, even if everything is 100%.

Check out BendTech. I use it when designing headers, exhausts, and roll cages. It is super easy to use and cheap.

Yeah spherical ammo, and yes mine is huge(air compressor). Maybe a regulated scuba tank for power with the vortex machined out of steel.

The lighters tube is hollow and will not seal but, I'm not sure if it would matter in a mini. Put the end of the lighter in your mouth and blow... you will see what I mean. If you could get the lighter to not leak air somehow... it would work great!

But that would be less "Alien" The launcher reminds me of something that a Storm Trooper from Star Wars would have in his/her arsenal...

Nice Gun! Butting the joints up together make it look so nice (I wish people would under stand that.) Just wondering, but did you shave out the middle of the top Tee's or how did you go about passing the barrel through chamber. On my sniper just shaved out the tee and passed the pipe all the way th...

Put a lead pelet in the peroxide and watch the reaction (try not to breathe the fumes please). I guarantee you get the pressure you desire. I have made small explosives this way.

ChickenChucker's 2" sch80 1/2" launcher

Here it is... All Schedule 80 tank with a 1/2" barrel through the tank! Charged it to 165psi today and it is absolutely ri-cock-culous. I am using 1/2" wood dowel rod cut into 1-1/2" long pieces then wrapped with masking tape as ammo. Water filled 1g milk jug had no chance. It literally exploded whe...

Not really sure. It can handle all my 5hp shop compressor can push in it, 165psi. I need to get a scuba tank and test it.
