Interesting, just out of curiosity, have you thought about modifying the angle seat valve to be outlet-sealing like this ? (He made it out of a wye strainer though). I don't like the idea of modifying something compact and complicated like that angle seat valve I bought. Especially since I'm using ...

Well the schedule 80 pvc I'm using is rated for 400 psi and the burst pressure is usually 3-4 times higher than the rated pressure so I should be fine.

NighthawkInLight is the closest example I can think of to your description. His channel focuses on a variety of subjects but he has also made numerous videos dedicated to building air cannons. Rate my cannon

I've been interested in building air cannons for a long time but I only recently discovered this site. I just finished building a cannon I think is pretty powerful. It uses an angle seat valve and has a max rated pressure of 300 psi (I've tested it up to 500 psi). I use a 3/2 way solenoid valve to o...
