Sandman sch 40 or 80 is only a measure of thickness. and does not indicate pressure rated.

I think nsf61 is pressure rated. it is put in the same category as in able to contain drinking water.

its just something that is the size of your chamber, that is hollow that has a rod attached to it that allows it to slide back and forth and locks in both positions.

Hand wrap the coils.

look into real coil guns. Same principle except you would want less of a snap in voltage and more of a steady flow.

Just put a ball detent in there.
It will solve both problems.

Drill a TINY hole,
cut off some brissles off a toothbrush. Put them in the hole. Put some hotglue to hold them. They should go about 1/3 the way into the chamber max.

With a forcefeed hopper i wouldnt worry about it... you would be supprised how quickly some paintball guns bolts will cycle. upwards of 30 times a second. thats means if the bolt cycles forward and back at the same rate this means that a forward cycle would take .0167 secs aprox. rate of fire is is ...

Yea its just the fact that its a tournilevel gun, in theory.
